What you'll do

Attend to the correct installation, maintenance, and removal of home telecare equipment.

Installation (explaining the operation to the user and performing a test with them), inspection, repair, removal (in case of service cancellation), and replacement of terminals and peripherals in users' homes according to assigned areas. Consult the list of your daily routes prepared by your supervisor and comply with it. Management of contract signing during the first visit to private clients.
Inform teleoperators of the position number of each key
Report any incidents observed in homes to the area TAD Coordinator: lack of cleanliness and/or hygiene, neglected house, the user conveying something relevant, etc., so that the person in charge can resolve the incident and activate the necessary mechanisms/resources.
