What we're looking for

- Conduct follow-up visits to homes to assess the needs of users and the quality of the service provided.

- Address and resolve any incidents that may arise, seeking quick and effective solutions.

- Collaborate in the training and guidance of staff, promoting good practices and a positive work environment.

Availability to work the established schedule and to travel within the city of Madrid.
