What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a recruitment agency, including screening candidates and conducting interviews independently.
Hands-on experience using Teamtailor is a must
English at C1 level, written and spoken: you'll communicate daily with international candidates and colleagues.
Strong organisation and attention to detail: you can juggle many tasks without letting things slip.
Clear, friendly communication and a genuine interest in people.
Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, especially calendars and spreadsheets.
Discretion when handling confidential candidate information (GDPR awareness is a must).
Availability to start on asap.
Nice to have
Spanish and/or Catalan.
Experience supporting recruitment processes in a tech environment and familiarity different ATS platforms would be considered an advantage
Interest in technology, semiconductors or AI (no technical background needed).

The role
Founded in Barcelona in 2016, Semidynamics designs European processor technology for the AI era, built on the open RISC-V standard. Our team creates memory-centric computing infrastructure for large-scale AI inference, working with partners and customers across the semiconductor industry.
We are a fast-growing, engineering-driven company. Growing well means hiring well, and our Talent Acquisition team sits at the heart of that.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join us on a 3 to 6-month fixed-term contract and support our recruiters with the day-to-day admin that keeps hiring running smoothly.
This role suits a recruiter with 2-3 years of experience who wants to see how hiring works in-house at a deep-tech company. You'll work closely with the TA team, bring your interviewing and candidate-management skills to specialised engineering roles, make a real difference to the candidate experience from day one and collaborate with agencies.
What you'll do
Schedule interviews across candidates, hiring managers and interview panels, including time zones and video-call links.
Send timely, professional communications to candidates: acknowledgements, invitations, reminders and rejections.
Follow-up and handle relationships with agencies.
Post and refresh job ads on Teamtailor, our careers page, LinkedIn and job boards.
Keep recruitment data clean and help pull reports.
Support university relations and employer-branding activities, such as job fairs and LinkedIn posts.
Look for small ways to improve our templates, workflows and candidate experience.
What we're looking for
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
