At DXC Spain, we are looking for an Infrastructure profile with evolution to Cloud to lead a team in a critical 24/7 environment within the insurance sector.

The focus of the role is the coordination of technical teams, ensuring operational stability, and supporting the evolution to cloud,

Requirements:

• Coordination of infrastructure teams (Cloud/Middleware and Databases, ~8-10 people)

• Ensure service operation (availability, continuity, incident management)

• Supervision of platform capacity, performance, and growth

• Management of operational procedures: scaling, changes, DR

• Liaison with client and technical areas

• +8 years in IT infrastructure / operations

• Experience in on-premise environments (mainframe valued)

• Experience coordinating technical teams

• Experience in critical 24/7 environments

• Knowledge of cloud (AWS, Azure, or similar) at an operational level (IaaS, networking, HA/DR)

• Solid experience in middleware (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, or others) in enterprise environments

• Knowledge of traditional infrastructure: Linux/Unix, networking

• Experience with databases (Oracle or others) at a management level

• Experience in monitoring and automation (IaC) valued

Requisitos:

• Coordinación de equipos de infraestructura (Cloud/Middleware y BBDD, ~8-10 personas)

• Asegurar la operación del servicio (disponibilidad, continuidad, gestión de incidencias)

• Supervisión de capacidades, rendimiento y crecimiento de la plataforma

• Gestión de procedimientos operativos: escalado, cambios, DR

• Interlocución con cliente y áreas técnicas
