What we're looking for

Real experience of 5+ years in enterprise desktop and application virtualization with Citrix. Technical mastery: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud / DaaS, migrations, Windows 365, Intune, Entra ID. Profile management (FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management), HDX protocol, advanced networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, NetScaler). Monitoring (Citrix Director), automation with advanced PowerShell (Citrix SDK and Microsoft Graph). ITSM tools, security, and vulnerability management.

Fluent Spanish and B2+ English - essential requirement.

Nice to have

Official Citrix certifications. MD-102 certification. Real experience in on-premise to Cloud migrations. Omnissa Horizon, FinOps, BASH, Qualys.

The role

What you'll do

Design and architect on-premise Citrix platforms and Citrix Cloud / DaaS with high availability and disaster recovery. Lead migrations from Citrix on-premise to Citrix Cloud and Windows 365. Create and maintain master images with automated pipelines. Optimize performance and user experience (HDX diagnostics, latency). Manage costs: sizing, autoscaling, scheduled shutdown. Resolve complex level 3 incidents. Mentor junior profiles on the team. Document architecture, procedures, and change management. 24x7 on-call service: rotation of technical on-call shifts according to service needs.
