SAP Service Manager

At DXC Spain, we are looking for two SAP AMS Service Management professionals, with different experience levels (Service Management and Service Leadership, and Governance, Methodology and Quality Office), who will join our SAP team and participate in an important public sector project, in an application maintenance service for an infrastructure company of a public entity.

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP AMS service management under ITIL: SLA/OLA, service governance, team management, and client relationship.
• Minimum experience depending on the level of the position:
  • Management and Service Leadership: 15 years in team management, 5 years in SAP project management and 5 years in the Public Sector.
  • Governance, Methodology and Quality Office: 15 years in team management, 5 years in SAP project management and 5 years in the Public Sector, with a current certification in ITIL Foundation, PMP, SCRUM or PRINCE2.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, budget management, and excellent communication skills.
• Residency in Spain and a high level of Spanish.
• Minimum qualification: CFGS / Higher Technician (MECES 1).
• Knowledge of Catalan and English is valued.
• Previous experience in the Catalan public sector (Generalitat de Catalunya) is valued.

• Global service management: planning, budgeting, financial management, and SLA/OLA compliance.
• SAP team management: sizing, resource allocation, and people development.
• Liaison with the client in governance committees (strategic, tactical, and operational).
• Governance Office: methodology (ITIL, agile, PMP/PRINCE2), quality procedures, reporting, and indicators.
• Preparation of committees, minutes, risk management, escalations, and continuous improvement plans.
• Document management of the service and of the transition and handover plans.
