The role

We are looking for a ENGINEER specializing in storage projects with MOLTEN SALTS to collaborate on concentrated solar power generation projects within our Mechanical department.

What you'll do

Design, update, and review of salt systems.
Specification and review of specifications for main equipment (molten salt tanks, solar receiver, solar field, SGS, heat exchangers, etc.).
Evaluation of main equipment (molten salt tanks, heat exchangers, solar receiver, solar field, etc.).
Preparation of bids for concentrated solar power plants.
Proposals and evaluation of design modifications.
Technical audits of new projects or operating plants.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Provide more than 10 years of experience and solid knowledge in systems and equipment for molten salt energy storage.
Experience in research projects with molten salts as well as in construction, assembly, and commissioning of this type of project will be valued.
Knowledge of Intergraph SmartPlant (SP PID) will be valued (not mandatory).
Minimum English level of B2; other languages will be valued.
