At Fundación Edelvives, we are looking for an Institutional Strategic Consultant to accompany Catholic Educational Institutions in the

comprehensive development of their pedagogical, pastoral, and strategic plans, promoting educational innovation, support for ownership and management teams, and the transmission of the institutional charism.

Functions:

-Accompany ownership teams, management teams, and pedagogical and pastoral coordinators.

-Participate in institutional analysis and in the preparation of strategic plans for educational centers and institutions.

-Accompany institutional transformation and leadership processes in educational institutions.

-Facilitate meetings, training, and methodological, pastoral, and strategic advisory.

-Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of educational, pastoral, and strategic plans.

-Generate pedagogical and pastoral resources at an institutional level.

-Support document management and the integration of digital tools
