Requirements
What we're looking for
- Vocational training (CGM) or Higher Degree in Air Conditioning or similar.
- Demonstrable experience as a 1st Class Skilled Tradesperson.
- At least two years of experience in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning and/or plumbing equipment.
- Solid knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation (HVAC) systems.
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently.
- B driving license.
Nice to have
- 60-hour basic level prevention training course.
- RITE license.
- Fluorinated gases license.
- Working at heights course, confined spaces course.
- MEWP operator course.
- 6-8 hour electrical risk course.
- Other training in electricity, plumbing, fire protection systems (PCI), carpentry, or air conditioning is valued.
- Other knowledge in other installations is valued.
- Vocational training (FP1 or FP2) in electricity is preferred.
- Basic level Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training (60h).

The role
We are in the midst of growth and are looking for a 1ST CLASS REFRIGERATION AND PLUMBING MAINTENANCE SKILLED TRADESPERSON IN PALMA DE MALLORCA.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on air conditioning systems related to public buildings.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to refrigeration systems.
- Perform repairs and replace defective parts as necessary.
- Perform performance tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
