At El Corte Inglés we are looking to hire a Category Manager to lead one of the strategic categories in the Technology & Electronics area, within the Ecommerce, Customers and Omnichannel environment.

You will be responsible for optimizing the omnichannel performance of the category, driving commercial growth, customer experience and business competitiveness in a highly dynamic, results-oriented environment.

What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.

  • Define and drive the omnichannel strategy for the category, ensuring the achievement of commercial and business objectives.
  • Analyze KPIs, sales trends, market share, customer behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities and activate improvement levers.
  • Coordinate commercial actions, promotions and digital initiatives together with internal departments and different brands.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and strategic partners in the technology/electronics sector.
  • Identify market trends, benchmarking and growth opportunities within the ecommerce and retail environment.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and category performance on the WEB and APP.
  • Participate in strategic projects and transformation plans linked to the digital and omnichannel business.
  • Manage and develop a team, fostering a collaborative, agile and results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Category Management, Ecommerce, Trading or digital business positions within retail, ecommerce or large-scale distribution environments.
  • Background in Technology, Electronics or similar categories.
  • Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with KPIs and analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Qlik Sense.
  • SQL and Power BI are a plus.
  • English B2, for interaction with international brands and partners.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in constantly changing environments.
