The role

What if you could be part of the high-speed revolution in Spain? 🚄

At OUIGO España, we connect cities and people, making fast, comfortable travel at the best price available to everyone. Since our first journey in May 2021, we haven't stopped growing, both in our team and in our travelers.

Our goal is to put high speed within everyone's reach, offering an accessible, modern, and sustainable alternative.

The mission of this role is to define, implement, and manage OUIGO's ecommerce platforms, as part of the Technology team and serving as the point of contact for the OUIGO E-commerce and marketing teams. Its scope of application includes front-end sales systems such as the app, the web, and the CMS, as well as other systems such as the CRM.

What you'll do

  • Define the technological roadmap for all commercial systems for direct sales (app, web, CMS, and CRM).
  • Propose innovative technological solutions to drive the creation of new products or services that increase sales.
  • Supervise and guarantee the correct functioning of customer-oriented commercial systems, resolving internal incidents and requests that arise regarding said systems through the management of external providers.

In our day-to-day, we are driven by

Simplicity 👌: simple usually works best.

Responsibility: we trust you from minute one 🤝.

Collaboration 🤜🤛: alone we go fast... but together, we go further.

Positive attitude 🌞: to face challenges with solutions.

Safety as a priority: for our trains, our travelers, and our team ✅.

Continuous improvement 🔁: we are always looking to do things a little better than yesterday.

Because at OUIGO, what matters is not just reaching the destination, but how the journey is experienced. 🚆
