What you'll do

Among your main functions is the allocation of stock and aligning it with potential sales per store. To do this, you will need to rely on approved budgets, in order to maximize sales and net margin. Additionally, you will support the Merchandiser in activities before and during the campaign.

  • Purchase Plan and Order Management: Create and maintain the Purchase Plan. Track and manage orders from suppliers to the warehouse and stores. This way, we ensure an efficient supply chain.

  • Store Interaction and Report Management: You will be the liaison with stores to answer inquiries and transfer stock when necessary.

  • Execute weekly, monthly, and campaign reports accurately and on time.

  • Data Preparation and Analysis: Collaborate with the Senior Merchandiser in preparing per-store sales and space data for clustering.

  • Perform analyses to support the development of assortment plans and the presentation and approval of purchases.

  • Analyze sales by size and prepare proposals for size curves and sets.

  • Replenishment and Stock Management: Manage the replenishment system to optimize the use of available stock at store level.

  • Manage the PRA (automatic replenishment system) to anticipate sales peaks and the end of the product life cycle. Additionally, place replenishment orders.
