What you'll do

- Analyze operational and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, quality, cost, and lead times.

- Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement projects applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other methodologies.

- Map value streams (Value Stream Mapping) and define the future state of processes.

- Define, measure, and monitor operational KPIs; prepare dashboards and results reports.

- Standardize work procedures and document best practices.

- Facilitate improvement workshops and activities (Kaizen events) with multidisciplinary teams.

- Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, data analysis) and propose corrective and preventive actions.

- Collaborate with different areas (production, logistics, quality, maintenance, IT) to ensure the effective implementation of improvements.

- Train and support teams in continuous improvement tools and culture.

- Evaluate the return on initiatives (savings, productivity) and ensure the sustainability of results.

Manage relationships with engineering firms, construction companies, installers, and technical service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and service levels.

Identify opportunities for improvement in energy efficiency, sustainability, maintenance, and operation of real estate assets, driving optimization initiatives.

Supervise the technical condition of buildings and facilities, proposing improvement, maintenance, or adaptation actions that optimize their performance and value.

Verify compliance with urban planning, building, safety, accessibility, sustainability, and energy efficiency regulations applicable to managed assets.

Participate in construction, renovation, fit-out, or space adaptation projects, controlling schedules, costs, quality, and compliance with technical specifications.

Prepare technical and economic feasibility studies, budgets, and cost analyses to support decision-making on asset investments.
