Recruitment Internship

At Endivo Consulting, we specialize in solving problems derived from the lack of qualified personnel in the healthcare sector. We work with the leading hospital groups, clinics, and nursing homes in Spain, providing them with support in the selection of professionals.

We are looking to bring on 2 interns (curricular or extracurricular) for our consulting team located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.

Main functions:
- Selection of professionals, primarily in the healthcare field.
- Drafting of reports and communication with clients.
- Support in everything related to the database and internal management system
- International relations with universities and public institutions
- Follow-up with professionals in the portfolio.
- Management of a high volume of processes.

Requirements:
- University Degree (or currently studying).
- Being used to handling tight deadlines.
- Customer orientation, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Excellent communication skills.
