Perform tasks in the Gourmet Club department, knowing both the assortment and the techniques and tools to use in their daily tasks.
The sommelier efficiently manages the wine and spirits cellar of Club del Gourmet, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers through specialized advice, merchandise management, and sales strategies.
What you'll do
Main duties and requirements.
Manage the stock of wines and spirits, taking into account the specific characteristics of these products.
Place merchandise orders.
Oversee the proper preservation of products (temperature, humidity, rotation).
Advise customers on wines and spirits, pairings, and gourmet products, encouraging complementary sales.
Carry out personalized sales and promote customer loyalty.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
Comply with food hygiene and safety standards.
