What you'll do
• Review daily the supply needs derived from the production schedule.
• Check stock levels and detect possible material shortages.
• Prepare, process, and enter purchase orders into the system.
• Purchase the products and materials necessary to ensure the continuity of operations.
• Follow up on open orders until the material is received.
• Monitor delivery dates, pending quantities, and possible issues.
• Claim delayed orders or deliveries from suppliers.
• Internally report delays or deviations that may affect production.
• Update forecasts and expected receipt dates for materials.
• Enter and register delivery notes in the system.
• Prepare the documentation so that the Accounting department can validate and record the invoices.
