The role

At Marlex Professionals, we are collaborating with an important company in the distribution and wholesale trade sector, located in the Hostalric area, which is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join its team.

What you'll do

The selected person will join the purchasing department and will provide support in the administrative and operational management of the purchasing process, ensuring the correct follow-up of orders and coordination with suppliers and other company departments.

Management and follow-up of purchase orders.
Contact and communication with national and international suppliers.
Entry and updating of orders into the system.
Follow-up of delivery deadlines and resolution of incidents.
Control and updating of prices, rates, and purchasing conditions.
Support in the administrative management of the purchasing department.
Coordination with the logistics, warehouse, and administration departments.
Management and updating of documentation related to purchasing.
