Accounts Receivable Technician

- Permanent contract directly with the company.

- Winter schedule: Monday to Thursday, flexible entry between 8:00 and 8:30 h and exit between 17:00 and 17:30 h, with a lunch break. Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00 h.

- Summer schedule with intensive working day approximately from 7:30 to 15:00 h.

- On-site position in Manresa.

- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or similar training.

- Approximately 2 years of previous experience in invoicing, accounting, financial administration, or similar functions.

- Knowledge of accounting.

- Knowledge of SAP.

- Knowledge of English will be valued, especially for managing emails, documentation, and communication with clients in an international environment.

- Good command of Excel and ease in working with IT tools and ERP.

- Experience in industrial or multinational environments will be valued.

- Experience in accounting closings, reporting, or audits will be valued.

We are looking for a person with an accounting background and previous experience in invoicing or financial administration, who is eager to continue developing within an industrial and international environment.

- Preparation and management of customer invoicing.

- Reception, review, and validation of customer self-invoices.

- Follow-up and resolution of incidents and discrepancies related to invoicing.

- Preparation of special invoices, proformas, charges, and other operations using Excel.

- Management of charges related to logistics and quality.

- Support in accounting closing processes and reporting.

- Collaboration in internal and external audits.

- Coordination with other company departments, such as Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, Logistics, or Quality.

- Document management and other tasks specific to the finance area.
