The role

At Micofer by Empatif, we are selecting TELEOPERATORS (M/F) for a generalist department in an important company located in A Coruña city.

What you'll do

Answer customer phone calls and emails.
Resolve customer questions and problems effectively.
Keep a record of interactions with customers.
Provide and offer detailed information about promotional products and services.
Perform sales actions to offer the company's products and services.
Collaborating with other departments to improve the customer experience.
