What you'll get

Salary of 9.72 gross euros/hour
Paid Training with 306.60 € if the probationary period is passed. Schedule from 9 to 15h. Handle incoming calls from customers in the banking sector.
Temporary contract through RANDSTAD EMPLEO ETT, with a real possibility of transitioning to the company.

The role

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.

Provide clear and concise information about financial products and services.

Resolve issues and inquiries effectively and professionally.

Identify cross-selling opportunities.

Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Working week of 30.5 to 37.5 hours, Monday to Sunday contract
With different shifts:
On a split shift at 37.5h/week from 11:30 to 16/17 to 20h.
On calendar shifts at 35h/week from 10 to 15/16 to 21h. Work is performed at the beginning and end of the month and every Monday.
On an afternoon shift: 30.5h/week from 16 to 22h or 35h/week from 15 to 22h
