The role

We are looking for Telephone Claims Handlers with excellent communication skills for an important company in the insurance sector, to carry out processing related to the reception and management of insurance claims.

What you'll do

The tasks to be performed will be the following:

- Answering calls to open insurance claims.

- Carrying out tasks related to open claim files.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

How you'll work

Location in La Finca, Pozuelo de Alarcón. 100% on-site work.

Somosaguas centro light rail; Buses from Moncloa and Aluche.

Training under contract in the morning shift (08:30h - 15:30h) for 2 weeks.
