7 days of training provided by the company from 9:30 to 14:30, Monday to Friday.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

35-hour weekly contract, working Monday to Friday
Salary according to the specialist teleoperator collective agreement.
3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Schedules from 10:30 to 18:00 and from 13:00 to 20:00

The role

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for agents for one of the leading brands in the sector

What you'll do

Handling incoming calls by responding to customer needs, based on established procedures, standards, and quality objectives.
Preventing requested cancellations during incoming calls.
Retaining the customer following a returned payment during outgoing calls.
Technical assistance and resolution of doubts for homeowners requesting service cancellation, with the objective of retaining them.
Effective resolution of incidents, queries and customer questions.
