We are looking for a profile with experience, commitment, and a passion for gastronomy, capable of collaborating with team management and service organization.

What you'll do

Organization and supervision of the assigned section (hot and cold).
Preparation and presentation of dishes for buffet, à la carte, and events.
Coordination of the team of cooks and assistants under their supervision.
Stock control, orders, and compliance with HACCP.
