What you'll do

Main duties

Definition of service provision KPIs & SLAs;

Design, monitoring, and evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring they adequately reflect business objectives and allow measurement of the efficiency, quality, and compliance of services provided;

Management and prioritization of system requirements;

Collection, analysis, and prioritization of functional and technical needs, acting as an intermediary between business areas and IT teams. Ensures that developments and updates are aligned with operational priorities and provide tangible value;

Implementation of service provision operational processes;

Definition, documentation, and implementation of operational processes, ensuring their correct adoption by teams and integration into corporate tools and systems. Includes continuous improvement based on data and operational feedback.

The intern will join the Processes & Orders Management area, actively participating in activities supporting the management, improvement, and monitoring of operational processes associated with service provision.

During the internship period, the candidate will acquire a cross-sectional view of the operational functioning and systems that support the activity, collaborating in the following lines of work:

1. Support in the definition, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs & SLAs

Collaborate in the collection, processing, and analysis of data related to service provision indicators (KPIs).

Support in the preparation of activity monitoring reports and SLA compliance control.

Participate in the analysis of deviations and in the identification of improvement opportunities for the indicators.

Contribute to the documentation and evolution of the operational indicators model.

2. Support in the management of requirements and system improvement

Support in the collection and analysis of functional needs related to operational processes.

Participation in the preparation of functional requirements and definition of system improvements.

Collaboration in the prioritization of operational improvement initiatives (change requests), under team supervision.

Support in functional testing (UAT) and validation of system changes.

3. Collaboration in the implementation and improvement of operational processes

Participate in the definition, documentation, and deployment of service provision operational processes.

Support in the preparation of procedures, operational guides, and training materials.

Collaborate in actions to monitor the adoption of processes by operational teams.

Identification of operational inefficiencies and proposal of improvements, based on data and operational feedback.

4. Support in the operational management of orders and data quality

Support in tasks of control and validation of work orders in systems.

Collaboration in data cleansing activities (data cleaning) to ensure the quality of operational information.

Monitoring of operational incidents related to processes or systems.

5. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate in cross-sectional projects for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Support in the preparation of presentations, analyses, and reports for decision-making.

Participate in internal follow-up sessions and with other areas.

Education & certifications

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, Computer Science) or Business Administration/Economics with an analytical focus.

Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training.

The internship at the company will involve a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a monthly study grant of €900 gross. In parallel, academic training will be provided: a Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), delivered online, with the main objective of learning and improving the competency profile.
