Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training.
The Practical Training within the Company will involve a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a study allowance of €900 gross. In parallel, the Academic Training will take place: Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and the enhancement of the competency profile.

The Territorial Unit performs tasks such as
Program, control, and ensure the correct execution and integral management of works, ensuring compliance with the safety, quality, and environmental standards of the same.
• Management of distribution network failures, incidents, and emergency situations, as well as maintenance tasks.
• Participate in defining the needs plan for the MT-BT network by identifying needs and work proposals to be carried out.
• Manage the MT-LT network budget assigned to your unit.
