Junior Project Engineer – Infrastructure and Electrical Installations

At LALIGA we are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join the Infrastructure Department and take part in the development of projects that contribute to the evolution of our stadiums.

What will your mission be?

You will take part in the development of electrical installation projects for stadiums, collaborating at every stage: from design and technical documentation to monitoring execution, ensuring efficient, safe and high-quality solutions.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Prepare technical documentation, drawings and reports.
• Perform electrical calculations for low-voltage installations.
• Analyze technical solutions and collaborate with suppliers.
• Take part in tendering processes, budgets and certifications.
• Provide technical support during the execution of works.
• Carry out audits, inspections and field tests of installations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through the use of digital tools and methodologies that optimize project management.

What are we looking for?

Essential requirements

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with knowledge of electrical installations.
• Knowledge of electrical calculations, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English level.
• Willingness to travel.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Previous experience (internships or early career) in installation projects.
• Knowledge of digital tools, data analysis or AI solutions applied to engineering.

En LALIGA buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos Junior para incorporarse a la Dirección de Infraestructura y participar en el desarrollo de proyectos que contribuyen a la evolución de nuestros estadios.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Participarás en el desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones eléctricas para estadios, colaborando en todas sus fases: desde el diseño y la documentación técnica hasta el seguimiento de la ejecución, garantizando soluciones eficientes, seguras y de calidad.

¿Cómo contribuirás al equipo?

• Elaborar documentación técnica, planos e informes.
• Realizar cálculos eléctricos de instalaciones de baja tensión.
• Analizar soluciones técnicas y colaborar con proveedores.
• Participar en procesos de licitación, presupuestos y certificaciones.
• Dar soporte técnico durante la ejecución de las obras.
• Realizar auditorías, inspecciones y pruebas de campo de las instalaciones.
• Contribuir a la mejora continua mediante el uso de herramientas digitales y metodologías que optimicen la gestión de proyectos.

¿Qué buscamos?

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, preferiblemente en Ingeniería Eléctrica o en Ingeniería Industrial con conocimientos en instalaciones eléctricas.
• Conocimientos de cálculos eléctricos, AutoCAD y Microsoft Office.
• Nivel de inglés medio-alto.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y ganas de aprender.

Será valorable

• Experiencia previa (prácticas o primeros años) en proyectos de instalaciones.
• Conocimientos de herramientas digitales, análisis de datos o soluciones de IA aplicadas a la ingeniería.
