Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Intermediate Vocational Training in Microcomputer Systems and Networks or a related higher qualification.

  • Previous experience in technical support or helpdesk positions, preferably in hospital or healthcare environments.

  • General knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and computer hardware.

  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory administration.

  • Knowledge of virtualization with Hyper-V.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills and user orientation.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the HL7 standard and healthcare integration environments.

  • Experience with WordPress.

  • Basic knowledge of backups, antivirus, and user management.

  • Experience in technical documentation and equipment inventory.

The role

At Endivo Consulting, we are looking for an IT Support Technician / Systems Assistant to join a renowned private hospital in the healthcare sector.

What you'll do

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.

  • Resolve incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and applications.

  • Manage users and basic permissions in Active Directory.

  • Collaborate on administration and maintenance tasks for virtualized servers.

  • Perform technical diagnostics and apply solutions in appropriate timeframes.

  • Keep technical documentation and incident logs up to date.

  • Collaborate with different departments for the continuous improvement of technological systems within the hospital environment.
