What we're looking for
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate IT support and Level 2 support.
✅ Advanced knowledge of:
Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Microsoft 365.
macOS operating systems.
✅ Experience in:
Basic administration of Active Directory.
Mobile device management (iOS and Android).
ITSM tools, especially Jira Service Management.

The role
We are looking for a Level 2 IT Support Technician with experience in corporate environments and VIP user support. The selected person will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, guaranteeing high-quality service to critical users and executives.
What you'll do
Diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents escalated from Level 1.
Administration and support of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Management of incidents related to hardware, software, corporate applications, and mobile devices.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Administration and support of corporate collaboration tools.
Resolution of connectivity, printing, and remote access incidents.
On-site and remote support for executives, the executive committee, and high-criticality users.
Technological preparation and support for meetings, corporate events, and videoconferences.
Proactive management of devices and services assigned to VIP users.
Urgent resolution of incidents, minimizing the impact on the user's activity.
How you'll work
Schedule from 9:00 to 18:00... 1 hour for lunch
It would be on-site (with the possibility of one day of remote work per week depending on the service; as this is a VIP Service Desk, this cannot be guaranteed)
