In your day-to-day as a Field Technician, you will perform Level 1 and Level 2 support tasks:
Hardware and infrastructure interventions: Replacement of complete equipment or components/modules in laptops, PCs, monitors, multi-function printers, and common peripherals.
Banking Peripherals Support: Maintenance and replacement in ATMs, recyclers, financial printers, scanners, check readers, and barcode readers.
Retail environment Support: Interventions on POS terminals, payment terminals, ticket printers, cash drawers, touchscreens, and basic network electronics (office servers, routers, and switches).
Configuration and layout: Loading software layouts via USB pendrive provided by the company and specific adjustments to leave equipment 100% operational.
User workstation management: Troubleshooting incidents on individual user equipment and shared office devices (without interventions in Data Centers).
