Product Owner (Digital Product)

• More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Project Manager in digital environments.

• Hands-on experience managing backlogs and defining products (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).

• Ability to translate business needs into a clear and actionable product.

• Strong prioritization skills (business + tech + UX).

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (business, development, and design).

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), actively participating in team ceremonies and dynamics.

• User-centric approach, with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation.

• Hands-on experience applying AI to products (process automation, use of agents, optimization of flows, etc.).

• Comfortable working with stakeholders and autonomy in day-to-day work.

It is a plus if you also have...

• Experience working with enterprise CMS environments, specifically AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).

• Experience defining complete digital journeys or flows.

We are looking for a Product Owner with a focus on Digital Product - Evolutions, who enjoys bringing ideas down to earth: defining them well, prioritizing with criteria, and ensuring that what reaches production makes sense for the user.

• You will work with different stakeholders (Marketing, Advertising, IT, Admissions...). You will be responsible for understanding and defining real business needs, as well as managing the roadmap of digital evolutions, prioritizing initiatives based on their economic impact, expected return, and alignment with strategic objectives.

• You will turn those needs into well-defined epics, user stories, and tasks, ready for development to move forward without friction.

• You will manage the backlog with sound judgment, balancing business impact, technical effort, and user experience.

• You will collaborate closely with UX and development to design solutions that truly work.

• You will participate in refinements and support the team throughout the development process.

• You will perform functional validation of what is built (QA), ensuring it meets the defined requirements.

• You will review the product's end-to-end flows from the user's perspective.
