What we're looking for

We are looking for someone accustomed to working in agile, multi-vendor, and product-oriented environments, with the ability to question and evolve existing processes and support teams in the adoption of new ways of working.

🧩 What are we looking for?

Experience working in agile and product-oriented environments.
Knowledge and experience with Value Stream Mapping.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Rally, Confluence, PPM or similar.
Strategic vision and the ability to transform models and processes.
Ease of collaborating in multi-vendor environments and with diverse teams.
Resilience in the face of change processes and the ability to maintain their own well-founded judgment.

How you'll work

📍 Barcelona | Hybrid model

The project requires 2 days of on-site presence per week at the client's offices, located in the Sants-Montjuïc (Barcelona) area.
