The role
Reception
What you'll do
- Answer and channel incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Receive and assist external visitors, clients, and suppliers, guaranteeing cordial and professional service.
- Manage physical and electronic mail (reception, classification, distribution).
- Coordinate the use of meeting rooms.
- Control and register the access of external persons to the company (security/visitors).
- Receive and deliver parcels, courier services, and correspondence.
- Attend to general inquiries in person or through other means and redirect them as appropriate.
- File and organize physical and digital documentation according to internal procedures.
- Support the preparation, review, and follow-up of basic documents (reports, lists, forms).
- Collaborate with the administrative or accounting area in the collection and sending of documentation (invoices, delivery notes, receipts, etc.).
- Perform orders and control of office material and other supplies.
