Telephone Customer Service Operator

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in telephone customer service in a Call Center environment (Essential).
• Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Training (Intermediate), Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent studies.
• Skills:
• Great communication skills and empathy.
• Ability for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Adaptability and flexibility in the face of change.

• Knowledge: General IT knowledge and proficiency in office tools will be valued.

• Contract: Employment contract with Social Security registration.
• Working day: Part-time contract of 30 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Saturday in the afternoon shift (from 16:00 to 21:00 hours).
• Initial Training: You will receive complete and paid initial training, provided in the morning shift and adapted to the needs of the position. This training is included within your employment contract.

The CRC Operator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers, managing inquiries, incidents, and requests via telephone. You will be part of a team committed to excellence in customer service and the security of our users.

• Receiving and making calls: You will proactively and resolutely handle incoming and outgoing communications from our customers.
• Incident resolution: You will identify, analyze, and resolve incidents reported by customers, guaranteeing their satisfaction.
• Follow-up and reporting: You will perform exhaustive follow-up on the management tasks carried out and generate periodic reports on activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
• Advisory: You will provide detailed information about our products and services, guiding customers toward the best solution for their security needs.
• Administrative management: You will carry out administrative tasks associated with customer service and alarm management.
