The Essentials: What You Will Drive, Build, and Lead

What you'll do

You will identify operational improvement opportunities for the Sales team through data analysis and direct business observation.
You will design and implement tactical and strategic solutions that impact key indicators.
You will build dashboards, perform ad-hoc analysis, and generate actionable insights for the operational teams.
You will collaborate with stakeholders from different teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align priorities and drive execution.
You will measure the impact of initiatives, learn quickly, and pivot when necessary.
