Operator for a production line for hygiene products, manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. The Converting operator is responsible for the operation of the assigned machine or equipment.

• Know and comply with Essity's safety, environmental, and risk management (emergency plan) standards. Identify, report, and remedy safety risks and risk management (conditions and behaviors).
• Know and comply with quality and product safety standards and activities in order to ensure defined specifications and thus guarantee customer and consumer satisfaction.
• Operation, driving, and supervision of the assigned machine or equipment during its regular production regime in rotation and coordination with the rest of the team.
• Know, comply with, and execute the operation standards of the assigned equipment and areas through operating procedures (SOP, CIL, Centerlining, basic TPM self-maintenance tasks, changeover activities).
• Maintain correct communication with members of one's own team as well as during shift changes (previous and subsequent).
