The role

The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical development and optimisation of electrical installation projects, ensuring feasibility, cost efficiency and ongoing support for production.

What you'll do

• Technical review and analysis of electrical installation projects to ensure their correct execution.
• Development of drawings, single-line diagrams and construction details.
• Calculation and sizing of electrical installations in LV and MV.
• Planning of material requirements in coordination with Production and Procurement.
• Preparation of technical comparisons and support in cost optimisation.
• Drafting of technical documentation and execution specifications.
• Proposal of technical improvements and adaptation of projects to on-site realities.
• Technical support to Site Managers and Project Managers during execution.
• Technical coordination with suppliers and validation of solutions.
• Verification of regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Technical Office or in the execution of electrical installations.
• Experience in the calculation and sizing of low-voltage installations.
• Knowledge of transformer substations, electrical switchboards and distribution.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and a technical-economic mindset.
• Residency in Mallorca or willingness to relocate to the island.

Will be valued

• Experience in hotel or luxury residential projects.
• Experience in international projects.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable energies.
• Previous experience in construction site execution.
