We are looking to bring on board an Electromechanical Engineer to join our technical team to develop, coordinate, and provide comprehensive support for electromechanical projects, combining engineering duties, technical advisory, project management, and business development, ensuring solutions aligned with client needs and the highest technical and safety standards.

To develop all the competencies typical of an electromechanical engineering professional, providing technical value both in the design and execution of projects and in support to clients and internal teams, contributing to the company's technical and commercial growth.

• Technical advisory to client installers on projects and installations, both in person and by phone.

• Specialized technical support to the commercial team and the front-of-house team.

• Ensuring that installations and applications meet client needs and current safety standards.

• Design, control, and implementation of electromechanical products and systems.

• Preparation of technical specifications for the design, development, and installation of mechanical components, tools, and systems.

• Planning and creation of electromechanical designs for new products.

• Research and development of electromechanical solutions, as well as improvement of existing systems.

• Active collaboration with other engineering and technical teams in the design and application of new processes and systems.

• Management of engineering projects, ensuring proper planning and on-time delivery.

• Evaluation of the technical requirements of projects.

• Preparation of studies and technical budgets for thermal installations, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.

• Analysis of needs for new equipment, cost calculation, and support in preparing budgets.

• Measurement of the performance of electromechanical components and systems.

• Development of testing processes and execution of trials for new designs.

• Analysis of test data and preparation of technical reports.

• Analysis of performance and quality in new and existing systems.

• Supervision of inspection and maintenance plans, making adjustments or modifications as necessary.

• Identification of new business opportunities through current and new clients.

• Business development through new sales channels, leveraging technical knowledge as a differentiating factor.

• Preparation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation for tracking design and development processes.

• Drafting of clear, structured, and understandable technical documentation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to electromechanical engineering.

• Extensive knowledge of electromechanical engineering.

• High level of technical and scientific knowledge.

• Proficiency in applied mathematics.

• Ability to perform simulations and analysis of test data.

• Proficiency in office tools, CAD design software, and engineering platforms (CAD, CAM, Matlab).
