The role

At Estel Ingeniería y Obra, we are looking for a proactive, organized person with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a temporary position to cover a leave of absence.

What you'll do

In-person and telephone customer service with an empathetic, professional, and query-resolution-oriented approach.
Management of the telephone switchboard, receiving calls, and efficient redirection to the corresponding departments.
Management of meeting room bookings.
Reception and channeling of correspondence, messaging, and parcels with registration and traceability.
Proficiency in IT tools: Microsoft Office and Outlook
Access management and control: visitor registration, credentials, internal entry regulations.
Support to the department in administrative tasks.
