The role

At Eurofirms, we are selecting a Property Manager to join a real estate company in Santiago de Compostela. We are looking for an organized, decisive person with good communication skills; the tasks to be performed will be the following:

What you'll do

- In-person, telephone, and email customer service.

- Management of incidents with insurance companies and repairers.

- Drafting of minutes and attendance at homeowners' association meetings.

- Attend to the demands and needs of community presidents.

- Control of collections and invoicing.

- Among other administrative tasks inherent to the position.
