Property Manager (Horizontal Portfolio)

• You are the person we are looking for if: You have at least 2 years of experience in horizontal property management. You have managed homeowners' associations autonomously and feel comfortable leading the relationship with clients and suppliers. You know horizontal property regulations and have notions of the usual legal procedures in the sector. You have basic technical knowledge related to buildings and installations. You master property management tools. You stand out for your organizational capacity, customer orientation, and ability to resolve incidents and conflicts. • What do we offer? Stable incorporation into a consolidated company with more than 40 years of experience in the sector. Competitive fixed salary plus a commission system linked to the works managed. Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:30h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 18:30h, with intensive working hours on Fridays until 14:00h. Teleworking 1 day a week after completing the first 6 months. We are looking for a dynamic and decisive Property Manager, capable of managing incidents, coordinating services, and offering close and professional attention to owners and boards.

• In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Autonomously managing a portfolio of approximately 55 homeowners' associations. Coordinating the complete administration cycle of the communities, from incident management to the follow-up of agreements. Convening, organizing, and attending homeowners' meetings. Drafting minutes and following up on decisions adopted within the communities. Managing the daily relationship with presidents, owners, and suppliers. Supervising maintenance actions and coordinating works and interventions on the properties. Resolving incidents and neighbor conflicts in a close and efficient manner. Monitoring delinquency/late payments. Working with digital tools and artificial intelligence.
