What you'll do

Functions:

  • Attendance at owners' meetings.
  • Drafting minutes and notices of meetings.
  • Follow-up on community incidents.
  • Oversight of expenses, incidents, and supplier management.
  • Coordination with the administrative, claims, and accounting teams.
  • Assistance to presidents and governing boards.
  • Coordination with the administrative team, which will act as the first filter for handling incidents and simpler tasks.

You will not have to carry out sales functions or actively recruit new communities.
