What we're looking for

-Good communication and client-facing skills.

-Ability to organize and follow up on different tasks simultaneously.

-Previous experience as a Property Manager or in positions related to managing clients, suppliers, or communities will be valued.

-If you have no experience in the sector, we will especially value your motivation, attitude, and willingness to learn, as well as your ability to progressively take on the responsibilities of the role.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

-Permanent contract, full-time.

-Fixed salary to be assessed based on experience and profile.

-22 days of vacation.

- Schedule from Monday to Thursday 9:00-14:00 and 15:30-18:30 and Friday 9:00-14:00

The role

Are you interested in the property management sector and looking for an opportunity to develop professionally? Do you have experience in managing clients, suppliers, or communities, or simply the desire to learn and grow in this field? This could be your opportunity!

From Adecco Selección we are looking to bring in a Property Manager for a company located in Barakaldo.

You will join a team where you will have administrative support for handling incidents and simpler tasks, as well as an accounting team responsible for the bookkeeping of the communities. This way, you can focus on managing the communities and attending to owners and board meetings.

Functions:

Attendance at owners' meetings.
Drafting minutes and notices of meetings.
Follow-up on community incidents.
Oversight of expenses, incidents, and supplier management.
Coordination with the administrative, claims, and accounting teams.
Assistance to presidents and governing boards.
Coordination with the administrative team, which will act as the first filter for handling incidents and simpler tasks.

You will not have to carry out sales functions or actively recruit new communities.
