Customer Experience & Services Manager - New Opening - MM Figueres

As Customer Experience & Services Manager (m/f/d), you will provide a consistent and excellent omnichannel customer experience. Your tasks include:

• Analyzing customer satisfaction in the store, identifying its potential, and deriving improvement and action plans together with the store manager.
• Implementing the specified national service strategy.
• Being the point of reference for the customer, as well as being the first point of contact.
• Being responsible for the store's NPS.
• Ensuring the execution of all customer experience management tasks
• Coordinating customer-related activities and campaigns together with the sales team.
• Leading and training the team
• Organizing and managing the customer service team as efficiently as possible to satisfy customers.

You love interacting with people and are passionate about innovative technology. Your skills:

• Service-oriented training (ideally in the hospitality and retail or events industry) and / or a (double) degree with a focus on sales / marketing
• You have several years of professional experience in retail and an excellent service mindset.
• You have knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
• You are customer- and service-oriented.
• You have strong leadership skills.
• You have experience in social media.
• You have strong analytical and communication skills and you are a proactive person.
