The role

For an important company in the plastics sector, we are selecting a back office professional within the sales department to work in San Miquel de Balenyà. The selected person will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

Management of customer orders.
Data entry into the system.
Transport tracking.
Communication with the purchasing area to verify the arrival of material and coordinate delivery with the customer.
Communication with the warehouse manager to provide them with manufacturing orders and deadlines.
Resolution of incidents that may arise with deliveries.
Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

We are looking for a resourceful person, with a high capacity for organization and planning, good communication skills, and customer orientation.
Minimum of one year of experience in administrative environments linked to sales, logistics, or operational coordination.
Good command of Excel and familiarity with ERP tools.
Residence close to the workplace or a real possibility of commuting.
