The role

We are looking for membership recruiters to work for a healthcare company located in Albacete. The tasks you will carry out are the following:

- Attract members with an achievable goal of 15 members per month with support from the company.

- Conversations with people to invite them to collaborate with a large, supportive company in Albacete.

- You will enjoy a great team environment and will receive continuous training from your manager.

- You will be able to develop professionally and will have promotion opportunities.

- Among other functions typical of the job position.

Requirements

Previous experience of at least 6 months in similar positions.
We are looking for a proactive person with sales and communication skills, a friendly manner with the public, the ability to work in a team, and a results-oriented mindset.
Availability to work on the street at various times.
Impact and influence, Emotional management–self-control, Results orientation, Teamwork, Initiative–self-management.
You will have the opportunity to develop professionally and there will be options for promotion.
