The role

We are looking for a Property Acquisition Administrator profile to join a company specialized in the acquisition, management, and commercialization of premium housing for medium and long-term rentals. The selected person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating with owners, and expanding the premium property portfolio in the city of Milan.

What you'll do

Identify and acquire new premium properties in Milan.
Contact and negotiate with owners to incorporate properties into the portfolio.
Conduct property viewings.
Manage the complete acquisition process and follow up on opportunities.
Keep the CRM updated and perform commercial follow-ups.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the correct incorporation of properties.
