This is a hybrid profile with a commercial component, but clearly oriented toward customer experience. We are not looking for an aggressive sales profile, but rather a consultative and relationship-based one.

• Ability to support throughout the entire customer journey
• Approachable, empathetic, patient profile with high emotional intelligence
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Building trust from the first contact
• Attention to detail and continuous follow-up

• Experience in customer service or sales (valuable, but not essential)
• Background from sectors such as real estate, retail, tourism, or other environments where customer experience is key
• Young profile with development potential and long-term growth within the company

Attitude, soft skills, and cultural fit will be clearly prioritized over pure commercial experience.

• Procedencia de sectores como inmobiliario, retail, turismo u otros entornos donde la experiencia del cliente sea clave
• Perfil joven, con potencial de desarrollo y recorrido a largo plazo dentro de la compañía

Se priorizará claramente actitud, soft skills y encaje cultural por encima de experiencia comercial pura.
