Maintenance Manager in Atzeneta D'albaida

Textile company dedicated to manufacturing cleaning and hygiene products needs to hire on a permanent basis a Maintenance Manager for its plant located in Atzeneta d'Albaida.

The duties to be performed are the following:

- Analyze, evaluate, and attend to incidents/breakdowns, ensuring the implementation of proposed actions to prevent recurrences.

- Prepare and report information/documentation related to their scope.

- Plan and monitor order and cleanliness actions in their area.

- Supervise the coordination of activities of subcontracted companies (guaranteeing safety during the duration of the work on the facilities).

- Ensure the documentation of the facilities and the machinery.

- Prepare, implement, and optimize the processes of their area, in accordance with the needs of the company and striving to achieve maximum efficiency.

- Dealing and negotiating with suppliers.

- Prepare, control, and monitor the annual budget of their area, defining the needs for resources and materials.

- Collaborate to ensure that policies and legal guidelines are communicated at all levels of the company and are complied with at all times.

- Propose and collaborate in the definition of the objectives of their area; prioritizing and assigning them, and guiding the team towards its results.

- Evaluate and develop the capabilities of the people on their team, both individually and collectively.

- Manage the integration and commitment of the people under their charge, conveying to them the impact of each person's work on the objectives of the unit.

- Any other function inherent to the job position that may be attributed to them.
