The role

A company in the energy sector is looking for a Career Counselor to work in Barcelona and perform the following tasks:

Initial assistance to users (in-person and remote), collecting and recording their requests.
General information regarding employment resources and services.
Basic analysis of needs and screening of demand.
Referral to appropriate specialized services.
Support with registrations and the use of digital tools.
Administrative management and recording of actions.
Multichannel assistance (telephone, email, in-person, online).
Contribution to the fulfillment of indicators and service quality.
Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
