The role

We are looking for a Customer Service Teleoperator to work in a telecommunications company located in Valladolid. The tasks to be performed are as follows:

What you'll do

- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide clear and precise information.

- Recording and managing incidents, complaints, and requests in internal systems.

- Following up on open cases until they are resolved.

- Offering appropriate solutions according to established procedures.

- Escalating complex incidents to the corresponding departments.

- Maintaining professional communication focused on customer satisfaction.

- Updating data and keeping customer information properly recorded.

- Meeting quality indicators and established response times.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
