The role

For a prominent company in the food sector, Pla de l'Estany area, we need to hire a Quality Control Inspector to carry out the following tasks:

What you'll do

- Verify the cleanliness and order status of the production lines before and during operation.

- Perform the control and verification of quality records in accordance with established standards.

- Record and verify data lines such as: hours, temperatures and detectors, detector patterns, labeling control, weight control, raw material reception, chlorine review in the glazing, initial glazing, and final glazing every 2 hours.

- Entry of hours into the Libra system.

- Complete quality records such as: chlorine control, hazardous materials control, chamber and refrigerated temperatures, cutter records, cleaning, and cleaning verification.

- Knowledge of the operation of all machines to guarantee effective supervision.

- Supply operators with protective materials: gloves, masks, hairnets, PPE, according to needs.

- Report any deviation from quality standards or procedures to the corresponding managers.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
